Changing Multiple Settings on a Question
Warning In Progress
When editing more than one setting on a question, you currently have to change the settings on one tab, save, then re-open the edit screen and make the change on the next tab, save again. There should either be a save and continue button or have the application automatically save your changes if you move to a different tab. See vid where I change the question name, then change the font. Only the font change is saved.

See example here

Maybe I'm missing something, but in QuestionPro, when you edit or change settings on a question, it pops up the standard (for questionpro) in-context, AJAX-powered window. Very nice, as it minimizes reloading the page for everything, but if I need to make multiple edits, for example, change randomization and required status, and then change the display settings, in a separate "tab" of the interface, you can't do that without making one set of changes, saving (and exiting the interface), and then popping in to do it again with the new change.

Should the settings auto-save if you've made changes and then flipped to a new context in that window? See highlighted screen capture...

Agreed - I think this issue has already been discussed here:

http://questionpro.ideascale.com/akira/dtd/216-393

On that note, We need a way to "merge" ideas. Good news - we own IdeaScale so we can add that functionality into IdeaScale ;)

We'll need to add that "Auto-Save" when you change tabs.

I agree. This is very time-consuming (especially if the server is running slow) and annoying.
