Many times we require answer options on a scale of say 1 to 50 or so. Having as many radio buttons will not at all look good. Instead we need a Slider Scale where users can drag a pointer to a desired location on the scale depicting their answer.

Suppose a question has a lot of answer options, respondents have to scroll to go through all the answer options. They cannot look at all the answer options simultaneously. So for ease of use can the answer options be set in multiple columns? This way all the answer options are displayed on the same page and so easier to answer.

If you have 25 or say 50 choices in a multichoice question there should be a way to show the answers/choices in more then one columns.

We are launching a survey tomorrow and would really like some type of HTML or quick fix.

In the Survey Invitation Email, some users cannot click on the Survey Link Text (For example: Start Survey) to open the Survey. This could be because of issues with the email client or some other reason.

Can we display the actual Survey URL instead of the links text (for example: Start Survey)? So if link text in the email invitation is left blank then the actual Survey URL with tracking information is displayed in the Email. So if users cannot click on it, they can at least copy and use it to open up in a browser.

Currently if email invitations are already sent to an email list, then you cannot add new email addresses to that new email list and send only to those new email addresses.

Users should be able to add new email addresses to existing lists and should also be able to send a survey to only the newly added email addresses. This will make email management easier!
To access Display Settings now we have to click on Edit or Settings link in the tools console and they click on the Display Settings option. Can we have a direct link to Display Settings?
In a Multiselect (Check all that Apply) or a Matrix question respondents can be subsequently asked more about the options they selected. This can be set up using Extraction. There are some scenarios where respondents can select numerous options and the Survey becomes lengthy.

Can limit be set up on Extraction so that randomly only N out of the M selected options are extracted?

You can add required questions to the survey. Set up branching so that respondents skip this question by default. Later on you can edit the response from the response editor and add required data. The data is saved along with reports and available in all downloads.

We have now put a warning message stating that respondents will be starting the survey on the next page.

The first page is asked only when the survey is multi-lingual. If you have only one language then set the default language for the survey. You don't need to add that language but just set the required language as default. The first page will not display.

10 MB image space should be enough. We would suggest you upload images that are smaller in size. You can easily edit your images in photoshop or any image editing software. Uploading large images also makes the survey slower to load. And if you still need more images you can upload them on your own servers or third party sites and reference them on the surveys.

All email clients / software's provide a download to .csv/excel option. We allow .csv / excel files so you only need to download the .csv/excel file from lotus/outlook and upload in to QuestionPro.

The footer text in Spanish needs to be set. This can be updated under: Edit Survey --> Display Options -> Add/Edit Language Versions.
For the required language click on the Configure Survey link. If you do not wish to display any text then simply enter in a blank space. Currently Save and Continue Later message option does not support multi-lingual customizations.

When downloading data, there is a check box for: Include Raw Data. Please make sure this check box is selected. The downloaded file will contain all raw data for the survey.

The print out of the completed survey does not identify the name of the survey or the entity administering/managing the survey but simply starts with Q1. If the printed copy (whether paper or PDF) is to be used for record keeping, some identification would be essential. This could easily be remedied by including the header and footer, and perhaps also any introductory text, in the print out.

The Thank You page, and consequently its message and the survey response ID, does not ever become visible to the respondent. Would it be possible for the Thank You page to pop up after the print task has completed? My Thank You page asks the respondent to refer to the response ID if they need to contact us with questions, revisions, etc.

QuestionPro provides report sharing options where you can distribute the link for the Real-Time Summary Report. For more information on Report Sharing please Click here.

Whenever a report is generated it is emailed to the Account Email Address. You can simply forward that email to whomever you want. You can also have the reports emailed to your sub-account / dashboard accounts. For data security and legal reasons we do not provide an inbuilt option to send reports to Non QuestionPro clients.

In QuestionPro responses cannot be changed once respondents hit on the Continue / Submit button. They can make changes before they click on Continue / Submit. This is a technical limitation and cannot be changed. We do provide a Review / Print option. For more information please Click here

A point and click interface for scoring will be great! following are some common requirements:

--> Provide Scoring Capability for all Select type quesitons (Single/Multiple, Matrix)
--> Ability to add/subtract from the score. And scoring in decimals also
--> Save score with individual responses to the DB...
--> Scoring for sections within a Survey and total Score for all sections
--> Display reports based on the score.. allow all logic operators.. (=, <, >, <=, >=) so Score <= 45 or like that... Usually the report is some text like: your score indicates that your apptitude is high, etc... There should be Graphs/Charts comparing to average score...
