I would like to put the custom variable in the subject line of the survey invite. I'm sending multiple invites to the same person and would like them to see the client specific name in the subject line for better organization and visual recognition in their inboxes.

Instead of having 5 emails with subject "Discovery Document"
I would like 5 emails with subject "Discovery Document for ABC Company", "Discovery Document for XYZ Company" etc.
font size on powerpoint export is too large. It's 44 and the entire presentation always needs to be edited. Can you make the standard size maybe 16 so that the entire question is displayed on the slide?
I want to use show/hide logic on criteria based on the dynamic lookup question, but it is not selectable.
I would like to evaluate more than one employee. I want them in a multiple choice select many question. Then I want the names selected to populate throughout the survey in multi point scale questions.

1. Please select the names of the people you would like to evaluate
Harry Truman
Richard Nixon
Theodore Roosevelt

so if the person selects Harry and Theodore, the multipoint scale would look like this.

How would you rate your president on the following:
Flexibility - Harry Truman Strongly disagree etc.
Flexibility - Theodore Roosevelt Strongly disagree etc.

Honesty - Harry Truman
Honest - Theodore Roosevelt

Yes. I do the same survey for our Account Managers, surveying brokers and clients seperately. I'd like the combined report instead of doing this manually everytime.

I agree. I took a survey at the National Certification for Massage and Bodywork website, and the radial button was like a graphic image. It was more visually appealing than the check boxes on Questionpro.

This is a great idea. However, I do a lot of manuall manipulation to my reports to make it visually appealing. The raw export of the report is not something I would send to people. If the export was in a different format it would be great, perhaps if we could upload a template.

Go to Edit, Display options, Validation Message. You can make it say whatever you want it to.

If the names are entered in the custom fields (1-5) in your upload, they do come out in the report. I have never had a problem with this.
