I twould be nice to have a "Print Page" option at the close of the survey, for record keeping purposes.

I can't see why someone would want to save their answers to a survey they respnded to. To me this is useless.

When the interface is being used to conduct full-scale project reviews where respondents type in-depth opinions of a project in R&D, a hard-copy record of their responses is useful--especially if we go back to them later and ask them to rate how a project has developed from their initial review. They need that initial review to make comparisons. Right now, I'm having to create copies on my end to send my respondents, so a self-print option would be a huge time-saver.

As part of a state government agency, I use QuestionPro to collect operations and performance data from respondents. In some cases submission is mandatory; in other cases it is not. But all our respondents need a record of what they have submitted, either hard copy or PDF. It is VERY time consuming if the survey coordinator has to create and distribute a submitted copy to each respondent.

I think we should be able to come up with 2 solutions here that addresses the problem:

1. A print to pdf option on the Thank You page.
2. An version of the PDF going to the survey administrator (instead of the HTML email) that goes out - Automatically.

The PDF version will satisfy govt. and university archival standards. You can then create a separate email account to archive all the data in PDF format to satisfy the archival requirement.

The print out of the completed survey does not identify the name of the survey or the entity administering/managing the survey but simply starts with Q1. If the printed copy (whether paper or PDF) is to be used for record keeping, some identification would be essential. This could easily be remedied by including the header and footer, and perhaps also any introductory text, in the print out.

The Thank You page, and consequently its message and the survey response ID, does not ever become visible to the respondent. Would it be possible for the Thank You page to pop up after the print task has completed? My Thank You page asks the respondent to refer to the response ID if they need to contact us with questions, revisions, etc.
