Conjoint Average Utilities calculation is not reliable

We have been submitting our concerns for several months. The conjoint average utilities calculation is not reliable. We also have not been able to run market simulations. I have examples. I have specifically requested support on this since April 21 and have not had anyone contact me for follow up. I am willing to spend hours of my time to help Questionpro to troubleshoot this problem but my pleas have gone completely unanswered.

The conjoint tool is fundamentally dependent on how it is configured including the use of prohibited pairs, number of attributes, levels etc.. We know we have an issue with the simulator, but the average utility calculation is correct and works for all our other clients.

We will keep this optic alive - and update this once the fix the for the simulator is on.

Vivek,
Would you kindly remove my testemonial from your website.
While I still value much of what Qpro has to offer, I can not say that you have been responsive to our needs on the Conjoint issue. My testimonial is thus not valid. I would prefer a private forum to discuss this but seems like you prefer idea scale.
I would appreciate your respect of my wishes on this matter.
Sincerely,
Giulia Hamacher
