Conjoint Tool - Using the Modelling/Market Share Feature

One of the features that first drew me to Q.Pro was the ability to add and analyse Conjoint questions. The first time I used this application all went well. I've just recently used this feature again in a study, and although the utilities are calculated for the total base of respondents, I can't go in and use the market share/modelling tool. I get an "fatal error" message each time I try.
Please, please, take a look at this as soon as you can! I have a client waiting for the results of this study and my hands are tied until any bugs with this feature are ironed out. Specifically I want to use the market share simulation tool.
