7

Vote On Idea

This area of questionpro seems to have been ignored compared to the other features. I am trying to survey people as they leave a website in order to ascertain their levels of satisfaction, whether they were able to find what they wwere looking for...etc. Trouble is, I think the present system of selecting 'Later' in the popup and then asking for their email address and sending an email invitation to them adds too many hurdles for them to jump over in order to participate. I suggest that 'Later' allows the survey to appear in a new window as a pop under. In the invitation text on the pop-up, an explanation to say the survey will appear behind this window when they are finished on the website will suffice to make them aware of this.

There are potential legal issues asking for email addresses with the 'Later' option without reassurances of proper private contact details handling (particularly in EU countries). The pop-under idea really is a better solution. This idea will be a HUGE improvement.
