Posted by wolfson 08/30/2008 12:00 AM PDT This system is supposed to be able to stop people from voting more than once. That is true if the person uses the same computer. But I have discovered that if I simply go to another computer, I am able to take the survey again. So it seems Ballot box stuffing is still possible with this system.
The survey itself should have an ID number associated with it so if the survey is passed on to another computer, the survey cannot be taken again. That will truly prevent Ballot Box Stuffing.
