Make the option to remove the QuestionPro logo available to "Corporate" License users also.The Enterprise license from Survey Analytics allows for removal of the logo. I've gotten several complaints from internal Managers that the QuestionPro logo and branding is too prominent at the end of the survey and why are we promoting them when we are sending a survey to our customers.
I twould be nice to have a "Print Page" option at the close of the survey, for record keeping purposes.
On the multiple choice, you have the option to select a box to show "other" as an option. It would also be useful for the rating scales to display an option for using "not applicable." This would be easier than adding the text manually and then having to adjust the report settings to filter out the "not applicable" so it doesn't appear as a higher rating than "strongly agree."
After creating the survey, we realized that the default font size was quite small. We then had to change the font size for EACH question. It would be great if there was an option to change font size for the SURVEY without having to change each question.
I'd like an easy way within the QuestionPro control panel to create a mobile version of an existing survey I'm running through QuestionPro. It would be nice if they could be styled to fit smaller screens and even popular devices like the iPhone. Each Mobile Survey could even then contain its own survey link.
When editing more than one setting on a question, you currently have to change the settings on one tab, save, then re-open the edit screen and make the change on the next tab, save again. There should either be a save and continue button or have the application automatically save your changes if you move to a different tab. Sometimes, e.g. rank order questions, you want the respondent to fill in their answer, which may be unknown.
I have a couple suggestion regarding the validation error messages: 1) When enabling validation on a per question basis, I've noticed that the default error message for a multiple choice question which requires only one response is "please choose at least one answer." I would really like to be able to customize the surveys much more than is currently available. The spacing and sizing of banners cannot be adjusted as you would with other programs to make the look and feel of the survey. Creating the questions is easy and I would use this system much more if we could customise the rest of it to the kind of layout we want. Many times we require answer options on a scale of say 1 to 50 or so. Having as many radio buttons will not at all look good. Instead we need a Slider Scale where users can drag a pointer to a desired location on the scale depicting their answer.
From a Usability standpoint, it would be nice to have the ability to provide a "close window" button (for the "thank you" page, rather than respondants having to close the window by X-ing out.
Can we have different format date fields please!
DD/MM/YYYY at the very least. We're not all American users and it causes a lot of work at the back end, re-formatting the dates in Excel with its own perculiarities. I haven't been able to find a way to change this in QPro and it is a fundemental requirement of any decent software.
If it does exist, please point me in the right direction.
In many programs I have used, the red star associated with required questions is repeatedly criticized by pre-testers as an unattractive way to represent such questions. Personally, I think it is appropriate in some cases, such as collecting form information like addresses and zipcodes. I am getting a lot of requests to move away from clicking check boxes for answering questions. Most requests are to change the checkbox to an image - for example: We're conducting a global tracking survey and the client wants to replace the company names with a list of company logo's, so you just click the logo and the answer is stored in the database as normal.
