Multiple input types in matrix question

We are trying to set up a complex question type, similar to a side-by-side matrix. But rather than radio buttons in the matrix, we need to provide different input types. Some columns are text boxes, others are checkboxes. Question looks something like this:

What types of spaces does your department need?
QTY SqFt Dedicated Y/N
Client Area ____ ____ [checkbox]
AV Room... more »

Add question numbers to Word-exported surveys

When you expert a survey to Word, whether the default i QP has the question numbers visible or not, the question numbers are not exported.
The question numbers are exported in PDF files if the display has them as visible in QP.
Can we please have the question numbers exported with the text into Word, if the question numbers are set to show on the QP site and survey.
Thank you - will save a lot of time at the survey... more »

Filter / Logic Based on Data / Reference Questions

Allow filtering and logic based on the answers to data/reference question types such as zip code or dynamic lookup questions. This would be very helpful in analyzing results based on geographic locations (state, county) and such. It would also be helpful in tailoring branched surveys based on the same criteria... different questions for different states/counties.

Randomizer - choose one question to display

I mostly use the randomizer (choose one question to display) for monadic concept tests. It would be most helpful to me if the randomizer could keep track of which question was displayed to the respondent without me having to incorporate my concept awkwardly in a single select question. The data file doesn't keep track of which concept the respondent saw unless the concept is shown in the text of a question that the... more »

Question Type Request: Single Dimension Matrix

I suggest that you add a single dimension matrix.

The survey designer at our company likes the appearance of the side-by-matrix for her 10 point scales (aside from the floating question number that cannot be removed), particularly the ability to specify the headers over the points, and would like to be able to use it for one dimensional questions.

% completion graphic jumps around during randomized block of questions

As someone is taking a survey and answering questions that are part of a randomized block of questions, the % completion bar jumps around. For example, on one question it may show 69% complete then 80% complete on the next question and 75% complete on the question after that. It is very misleading to the survey respondent. Please fix the software so that the % completion graphic goes straight up to 100% even when someone... more »

Importance - satisfaction question reporting

m trying to report on data from the Importance/Satisfaction questions -- and it's making me NUTS.

OK -- there just HAS to be a better way to do this -- I mean why would you design a question like the importance/satisfaction question (NICE) and then not have an easy way to export that data -- NOT NICE.

When I export the data -- I get something that looks like THIS --

Where you see the... more »

Cross tabs in the real time summary by question responses

In the Real Time Summary, we can filter by question response on the first filter, but cannot filter by question response in the second or later filters.
We can run cross tabs and get towards the answers, but often we just want to browse all answers by the two chosen question responses, and so doing so in the Real Time Summary screen would be very helpful.
Could you please allow this to happen, in the next updates!... more »

Insert a new question from the setup logic popup

When I'm adding logic to my survey, it might be helpful to be able to insert a new question based on the logic I'm creating.

For example, on a customer satisfaction survey I might decide to add branching on a rating question based on any response other than Extremely Satisfied. Or even on that response I might want to take them to a new question that says "Wow! Glad we nailed it. Is there anything we can do to make... more »
