Currently, according to QPro's tech support the time taken reported in the "Real-Time Summary" report includes both completes and incompletes regardless of whether a filter is applied. Allow the time in this report (and in other reports) to be filtered. I'm interested in knowing the time for completes only (as that directly impacts my costs, especially when using a sample vendor).
Would it be possible to add a feature where the end user could put in a date range to filter the results? Right now we have a lot of surveys that are completed time and time again by different classes that occur in our building. It would... more »

I know a solution is to put a time limit on the survey, but if I choose not to do that, would like to have a scatter graph showing times... more »
We can run cross tabs and get towards the answers, but often we just want to browse all answers by the two chosen question responses, and so doing so in the Real Time Summary screen would be very helpful.
Could you please allow this to happen, in the next updates!... more »
Given the strong use of smart phones to answer surveys, we'd like to be able to analyse by individual type - e.g. smart phone separately from tablet. Could you please add this to the next lot of changes.
With best wishes,... more »
