Schedule for Specific Times to send

I would like to have the ability to schedule the survey to be sent at specific time, right now it defaults do Pacific Time, which sends my surveys at 2:00am Eastern. But, what I would like it to do is schedule them to go (including reminders) at 10am every Tuesday. This seems to return the best results for what I am looking for.

Bug in Time Taken when report is filtered

Currently, according to QPro's tech support the time taken reported in the "Real-Time Summary" report includes both completes and incompletes regardless of whether a filter is applied. When the "Real-Time Summary" report is filtered for "Completes" the time taken still reflects all respondents - this is incorrect! Fix this so that the time taken is filtered like the rest of the data in the report.

Time Taken = ${time_taken}

Time Taken = ${time_taken} will be useful as ${score}.

In each Response Details, it show time taken and score. I understand the time taken will not be calculated as a variable unless it finished. However, this will be useful for Notification and Chain Survey once it finished. Thus, I will suggest if you can consider to add this function. Thanks

Custom Inactive Message Suggestion

You can currently adjust the inactive message, but it unfortunately always automatically appends the last survey close date to the bottom. It would be good if you could have the option not to include this - right now I am working on a survey that has yet to open (open link) so I am keeping it inactive in the meantime. It is confusing to have a message that says the survey has yet to open with a close date in the past ...more »

Centering of Radio Buttons

I have encountered two problems with centering radio buttons on a Likert scale. I describe each of them in the two paragraphs below: When using a 5- or 7-point Likert scale where I only label the endpoints and the midpoint, the spacing of the radio buttons in the respondent view doesn't appear as an interval scale (i.e., the radio buttons aren't evenly spaced from each other). The points that have labels appear to ...more »

Reporting Tools

More Embedding Flexibility - with Filters Please!

I use QuestionPro for a marketing promotion whereby users 'vote' for their favorite high school football team and at the end of the season the team with the most votes wins a prize. It has two purposes: one is to collect voter information and the other is to drive traffic to our website. Thus we are using embedding instead of the standalone survey. The survey is embedded on one page of my website (http://infinitiofmissionviejo.cms.dealer.com/inspired-performance/vote.htm). ...more »

Survey received date

Have some configuration for survey received time stamp so, that we update survey received date in salesforce.

Suggestion : In configuration option there is a option to map the time stamp of received survey date that we can map with salesforce field. So, that we have same survey received date updated in salesforce for reporting purpose.

Data Integrity Coding. Important

Allow ID coding multi answer/question questions, so that, if an answer choice/question is removed, the data is not shifted. As a programmer, I have analyzed this problem and given a possible solution that fits within the bounds of your application: . 1) Put the following automatically in front of the question and answer lines, where # is an auto-incrementing number and the square brackets are replaced by arrow brackets ...more »
