Rollup Matrix Data for Group / Segment Summary Reports

When I view the overall Summary Report for a survey, I generally prefer to see data for matrix questions rolled up. So, I check the box in Configure Analytics and this makes the report display as I like it. However, when I run a Summary Report for a Group / Segment that I have created, there is currently no way to rollup data for matrix questions. Enabling this capability would be very helpful.

Export Data - Excel filter options

Add filter option for "over-quota" and add these filter options as descripters in a field in the data file. It would be helpful if each record in my data set was labeled as either: "complete", "started but not complete", "terminated via branching" or "over quota." I need to send a report to eRewards with this level of info for their records and so we can true up the cost of the sample.

May be to your website, the client's website or somewhere else or just to ...more »

Custom Mean Calculation-Needs Reprograming

Strongly request a programing change to allow BOTH custom value and custom mean recalc simultaneously to remove all N/A responses in the custom mean scores...right now you can't do that and will have to MANUALLY recalc a custom mean if you reverse order the values in a Matrix type question. Very silly...a simple function that users should have...and a huge waste of time to have to do this by hand!!

CSS Classes in Survey Design.

CSS Classes on Various Question Types. Could you please apply a default class to each type of question? Also, possibly allow someone to specify a class for a specific question? This will allow people with advanced HTML knowledge to customize the survey to their liking. Here are some thoughts in terms of multipoint scales, one of the most often used question types I use at work: I would give the table the class of ...more »
