Choose language of survey & invitation based on custom variable

It would be nice if we had te possibility to (automaticaly) upload and process email-lists containing custom variables, where the language of the invitation and survey is stored in one of the custom variables. That way only the upload of the file triggers the entire proces. So: Iif language = NL then use email template X, if language = EN then use email template Y And if language = NL then use survey language NL, if ...more »

Bugs/Issues

Unsubscribe

A member of our association recently elected the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the survey invitation and received a chat head from someone at QuestionPro. This greatly upset them as it made them feel like their information was not private but that QuestionPro had access to their contact data. Please remove this feature for those unsubscribing

Feedback tab / Exit Survey options

Please bring back the feedback tab and exit survey functionality under the web options. These features were the main reason I moved over to QuestionPro as a Corporate customer and now they no longer work! i.e. the ability to select feedback tab option, colour-code the feedack tab and select left/right hand side of the page for the tab; the ability to select exit survey option and select the delay before it appears etc. ...more »

Base multi-select calculation on who answered THAT question.

Right now the calculation is based on how many options selected, not how many PEOPLE selected an option. This artificially skews percentages down if there is a large option list. We can change the calculation to be based off of how many started/completed the survey but that isn't accurate either. Base the calculation on how many people answered that particular question as the default.

Sortable Columns

I would like the ability to sort (non Likert Scale) matrix columns. In today's surveys, many are taking on mobile devices. In matrix questions with more than 4 columns some columns may be off the screen on smaller screens.

Marketing

i was just wondering if there was a way to specify where the tip should show up... top of question or bottom of question... For now, they all show up at the top. BUT for tip on selecting "other" showing at the bottom would be the best placement for this TIP.. and therefore a placement option would be a welcoming enhancement

Average time for survey completion

Hi, Like the newish average time to complete in QP. Have noticed, because I choose not to set a time limit, that some participants start, clearly go off and do something else, and come back quite some time later and finish the survey. This means we have distorted (extended) averages. I know a solution is to put a time limit on the survey, but if I choose not to do that, would like to have a scatter graph showing times ...more »

Comparison reports - especially for devices used

Am working with the a survey. Have used two filters and produced a data set based on an online comparison (which is a most useful feature) which I can print out and show the comparisons. If I export it to Excel, the Excel file shows data for only 1 of the 2 filters. If I export it to PDF, it merely repeats the first question 40 more times and does not add the answers. How can I get it to work as it shows on the screen ...more »

Comparison reports, created by using filters

Am working with a survey. Have used two filters and produced a data set based on an online comparison (which is a most useful feature) which I can print out on paper and show the comparisons. If I export it to Excel, the Excel file shows data for only 1 of the 2 filters. If I export it to PDF, it merely repeats the first question 40 more times and does not add the answers to any of the other 40 questions. How ...more »
