Want QuestionPro to have an analytical model that we do not support today? Have ideas on how we can improve upon our analytics and reporting tools.

Base multi-select calculation on who answered THAT question.

Right now the calculation is based on how many options selected, not how many PEOPLE selected an option. This artificially skews percentages down if there is a large option list. We can change the calculation to be based off of how many started/completed the survey but that isn't accurate either. Base the calculation on how many people answered that particular question as the default.

Average time for survey completion

Hi, Like the newish average time to complete in QP. Have noticed, because I choose not to set a time limit, that some participants start, clearly go off and do something else, and come back quite some time later and finish the survey. This means we have distorted (extended) averages. I know a solution is to put a time limit on the survey, but if I choose not to do that, would like to have a scatter graph showing times ...more »

Comparison reports - especially for devices used

Am working with the a survey. Have used two filters and produced a data set based on an online comparison (which is a most useful feature) which I can print out and show the comparisons. If I export it to Excel, the Excel file shows data for only 1 of the 2 filters. If I export it to PDF, it merely repeats the first question 40 more times and does not add the answers. How can I get it to work as it shows on the screen ...more »

Comparison reports, created by using filters

Am working with a survey. Have used two filters and produced a data set based on an online comparison (which is a most useful feature) which I can print out on paper and show the comparisons. If I export it to Excel, the Excel file shows data for only 1 of the 2 filters. If I export it to PDF, it merely repeats the first question 40 more times and does not add the answers to any of the other 40 questions. How ...more »

Real time analysis of filtered data by device

Currently, in the reporting, real time analysis you can filter the data by question responses and then add a filter of device type. But when you do, the device type available is Tablet/ smart phone. Given the strong use of smart phones to answer surveys, we'd like to be able to analyse by individual type - e.g. smart phone separately from tablet. Could you please add this to the next lot of changes. With best wishes, ...more »

Better Subject Lines for Scheduled Exports

The "Name" field should be used in the subject line of scheduled exports instead of report type (e.g. "Real-Time Summary Report"). Since I have more than one of the same report type, it's impossible to differentiate between different ones.

In addition, it would be nice if the survey name the report was being generated from would be included in the body of the email.

Live Report should include the option to export data

Colleagues in other offices with access to the web based Live Report need to see all answers. Unfortunately, the Live Report does not display all data if the questionnaire includes Matrix Table / Spreadsheet questions. I can't be exporting reports each time they need to see all raw data. Please include the configuration option to allow users of the Live Report to export available reports.

Reports available as PDF documents

I would like to request that reports also be available as PDF files. Surprisingly I did not find this request in a search so I am submitting it now. This is an option that is available with Survey Monkey and looks and works great. I have attached a sample page from one of our earlier reports as an example.

Zoom able Map

My surveys are normally done for the MENA/ GCC area and mostly confined to a couple of countries with this region. As such I cannot see the country highlighted nor can I zoom into the map to see the response across this MENA/ GCC region.

So the options could be:

1.Have MENA/ GCC map like US or Europe, why not all major regions like Asia, Africa, S America, etc

2. Make the map zoom able like google map.
