In surveys with logic in it where you can't go back in the survey to correct wrong answers I'd like to see an option that will allow respondents to click a button that will delete their responses so far and restart the survey anew. Currently if you allow only one response per IP address, email address etc. if they back out due to an error it records the response as incomplete but won't allow them to retake it because ...more »
On this page, the help video list is inefficient from a client perspective. A simple naming convention would be of value to client in finding a topic AND help QuestionPro to remove duplicative videos from the list - see attachment.
Have the option to show all branching/ skip logic, show/hide logic etc on the printed version of the questionnaire
It is important that my surveys are not shared, therefore I need the option to remove the share icons.
This is actually a really basic feature for most moderately sophisticated survey software. I want to be able to show or hide a column in a matrix question based on a logic trigger.
I would really like to be able to customize the surveys much more than is currently available. The spacing and sizing of banners cannot be adjusted as you would with other programs to make the look and feel of the survey. Creating the questions is easy and I would use this system much more if we could customise the rest of it to the kind of layout we want. This includes having questions side by side and not such huge ...more »
It would save me a lot of time if there were an option whereby I could require answers to all questions with a single click. Also, I would like to be able to remove validation on all questions with a single click. It's very time consuming to have to go through a long questionnaire adding or deleting this requirement.
Allow dropdown menus to be used in matrix (spreadsheet) type questions.
I'd like an easy way within the QuestionPro control panel to create a mobile version of an existing survey I'm running through QuestionPro. It would be nice if they could be styled to fit smaller screens and even popular devices like the iPhone. Each Mobile Survey could even then contain its own survey link.
It should be possible to automatically select the 'other' question if you start typing in the box to the right of the other button. If you just type something in the box and try to continue, an error comes up for validation.
We get a lot of requests for QuestionPro API access to implment various types of integration projects. Do you have a need for API access? What types of integration use cases do you have in mind?
Many times we require answer options on a scale of say 1 to 50 or so. Having as many radio buttons will not at all look good. Instead we need a Slider Scale where users can drag a pointer to a desired location on the scale depicting their answer.
Currently the single-line question allows setting defaults for both checkboxes and radio buttons. The matrix question does not allow setting defaults. Add the ability to set default values to the matrix question.
When editing more than one setting on a question, you currently have to change the settings on one tab, save, then re-open the edit screen and make the change on the next tab, save again. There should either be a save and continue button or have the application automatically save your changes if you move to a different tab. See vid where I change the question name, then change the font. Only the font change is saved. ...more »
From a Usability standpoint, it would be nice to have the ability to provide a "close window" button (for the "thank you" page, rather than respondants having to close the window by X-ing out.
