There is not option to select just the completed surveys. By default, all the scheduled reports use the entire data set. I want to schedule a report to run every week based on the completed survey, not in the entire set
Right now the calculation is based on how many options selected, not how many PEOPLE selected an option. This artificially skews percentages down if there is a large option list. We can change the calculation to be based off of how many started/completed the survey but that isn't accurate either. Base the calculation on how many people answered that particular question as the default.
It would be nice to not have to retype questions in PPT Exports because they were automatically truncated. Remove the limit on the number of characters allowed.
My users highly appreciate the Individual Reports, since we're in a B2B environment. However creating Individual Reports is very time consuming. Why not provide a button "Generate Selected Individual Reports" in the Report Viewer?
When exporting raw data I would like to know which language the survey was taken in.
Hi, Like the newish average time to complete in QP. Have noticed, because I choose not to set a time limit, that some participants start, clearly go off and do something else, and come back quite some time later and finish the survey. This means we have distorted (extended) averages. I know a solution is to put a time limit on the survey, but if I choose not to do that, would like to have a scatter graph showing times ...more »
Am working with the a survey. Have used two filters and produced a data set based on an online comparison (which is a most useful feature) which I can print out and show the comparisons. If I export it to Excel, the Excel file shows data for only 1 of the 2 filters. If I export it to PDF, it merely repeats the first question 40 more times and does not add the answers. How can I get it to work as it shows on the screen ...more »

Currently the Spotlight Report does not allow us to customise the look. Appreciate if this reporting format can be enhanced further.
In the Real Time Summary, we can filter by question response on the first filter, but cannot filter by question response in the second or later filters. We can run cross tabs and get towards the answers, but often we just want to browse all answers by the two chosen question responses, and so doing so in the Real Time Summary screen would be very helpful. Could you please allow this to happen, in the next updates! ...more »
Hi, Given the different screen sizes used on PCs, tablets or smart phones, and Question Pro's capacity to change the screen look/question style to match the type of device used, it would be very useful if we could determine the average time taken for each type of device, as well as overall for all devices. Could this be done so that when we filter to device type at the Real Time Summary stage, we can get an average ...more »
Currently, in the reporting, real time analysis you can filter the data by question responses and then add a filter of device type. But when you do, the device type available is Tablet/ smart phone. Given the strong use of smart phones to answer surveys, we'd like to be able to analyse by individual type - e.g. smart phone separately from tablet. Could you please add this to the next lot of changes. With best wishes, ...more »
