I am using the Ad-Hoc query tool to try to generate a list of everyone who took my survey who answer two questions a specific way. It only generates a list of the first 100 people who fall into the category, how do I access the only 150+ names?
Custom fields are not allowed to have special characters like accents. To deploy on several languages a personalized invitation I must add a dear Mr. or dear Mrs. depending on gender and language plus the name of the person. As example in the French language you have Chère Madame (for Dear Mrs) with an accent in the first e. Having no accent will be seeing as misspelled and not seriously. The following setting is not working properly: High - Authenticated Users Only Users MUST be logged into the site to view ideas, comments. New users must be approved by the moderator. Even with this setting, new users can create accounts, view, post, and have full run of the site without initial approval from the Moderator. The Export Batch Processing status for "Email Stats Sent" doesn’t work fine. Many times we received an empty Excel sheet. We cannot control that so the task turns to be sort for randomly lucky when you get to see the data!
The help section that is available is a really good tool, however it appears that the QP software was updated and the screenshots no longer match what the user sees. This can be frustrating trying to find the mentioned button or setting when it has been moved from when the help section was created.
When I upload bulk emails to ideascale the first letter of the email address gets cutoff!
How can I stop this from happening?
I posted a few ideas right after I joined, and the poster is listed as "bigbang7+ideascale", which is the username part of my address. After I saw that, I edited my profile and entered my real name. This suggestion has the correct poster, Dan Dascalescu, but the previous suggestion has the old poster. My guess is that if I change my name again, the poster will still be the old one. At http://ideascale.com/akira/showIdeaScaleImageLibrary.do, I tried to upload custom images (vote up & vote down) from my computer. After clicking the Upload button, I was redirected to http://ideascale.com/akira/uploadUserfile.do, which displays a Question Pro video tour.
How can I upload custom image files?
I've been getting duplicate email notifications for the last 4 ideas I submitted to http://mojomojo.ideascale.com. The e-mails have the same timestamp, to the second.
In the last day or two the spacing on the Top Rated / Recent / In Action section has disappeared so it all runs together like this: Top RatedRecentIn Action. This appears to be affecting all IdeaScale communities (including yours).
If you combine a word and a number in the search field you will get an error. (Example: test 400)
It seems like the behavior should be this:
*If the search field only contains a number then search for the idea number.
*If the search field contains a number and some text then do the regular search.
My "New Ideas" section shows New Ideas (0). But when I click on it I see two ideas...one I voted for and one I have not...
How should this be working? I would expect it to not show many any ideas I already voted for...
On the bright side, this is a cool new section on the left hand side! :-) Nice enhancement.
