I would like to be able to upload a Csv file with 5000+ rows that doesn't cause a Gateway Error 404 System timed out error. There should be an easier way to upload large email list files for clients who may be sending surveys out to as many as 100000+ people.
The only delivery method available for Scheduled Reports is to send it to a single email address. We should also have the ability to send reports to a distribution list.

We have a question in our survey whether or not someone wants to be on a mailing list.
We like that we can include the survey response in the email, however we would like to be able to specify what survey data is sent to the email address.
The person in charge of the mailing list only needs to know information from two questions, and possibly some variables.
Allow ALL CUSTOM VARIABLES on email lists to be included when email lists are downloaded as an Excel or CSV file - and also when email lists are downloaded via the export batch function.
Allow the response ID to be included in the Thank you EMAIL sent to the respondent (under email notification).
I suggest that you add a sort order in your Manage Email List At the moment, there is no logical order. It does not appear in an alphabetical order nor does it appear in relation to the date of the upload. To further compound to the matter, the list is display in no logical sorting order in the drop down box that we utilize when we utilize the 'send email to respondents' feature and click on the drop down 'To' box. ...more »
I wanted to use a Participant ID with associated data so that I could see certain key data (already known) against each response record. However, Currently there is a strange set of restrictions on the way that externally produced data can be uploaded and used in QPRo. I have found restriction after unnecessary restriction. You want an important "from" email address in your invite so it gets response. Often this person is an Executive. I'd like to re-direct replies that would go to the "from" email address to another email address we can designate (like a general email box shared by a group or to an Admin person that can help handle all the out-of-office and other emails).
Should we have a check box beside each entry in email list, and the user be able to select some of them and be able to send an invitation/reminder to only these selected addresses?
Action Alerts currently enables a user to get notified immediately when a respondant answers a value on rating scale.
I twould be nice to enable action alert emails to go out based on an open-ended text box comment as well. This way the "Voice of the Customer" can be heard in real time.
Once a survey invite is sent out to a list, it would be very helpful to enable an option to automatically send reminder emails to respondents that haven't completed the survey yet.
