Average time for survey completion

Hi, Like the newish average time to complete in QP. Have noticed, because I choose not to set a time limit, that some participants start, clearly go off and do something else, and come back quite some time later and finish the survey. This means we have distorted (extended) averages. I know a solution is to put a time limit on the survey, but if I choose not to do that, would like to have a scatter graph showing times ...more »

Cross tabs in the real time summary by question responses

In the Real Time Summary, we can filter by question response on the first filter, but cannot filter by question response in the second or later filters. We can run cross tabs and get towards the answers, but often we just want to browse all answers by the two chosen question responses, and so doing so in the Real Time Summary screen would be very helpful. Could you please allow this to happen, in the next updates! ...more »

Average completion time by device

Hi, Given the different screen sizes used on PCs, tablets or smart phones, and Question Pro's capacity to change the screen look/question style to match the type of device used, it would be very useful if we could determine the average time taken for each type of device, as well as overall for all devices. Could this be done so that when we filter to device type at the Real Time Summary stage, we can get an average ...more »

Real time analysis of filtered data by device

Currently, in the reporting, real time analysis you can filter the data by question responses and then add a filter of device type. But when you do, the device type available is Tablet/ smart phone. Given the strong use of smart phones to answer surveys, we'd like to be able to analyse by individual type - e.g. smart phone separately from tablet. Could you please add this to the next lot of changes. With best wishes, ...more »

Schedule for Specific Times to send

I would like to have the ability to schedule the survey to be sent at specific time, right now it defaults do Pacific Time, which sends my surveys at 2:00am Eastern. But, what I would like it to do is schedule them to go (including reminders) at 10am every Tuesday. This seems to return the best results for what I am looking for.

Time Taken = ${time_taken}

Time Taken = ${time_taken} will be useful as ${score}.

In each Response Details, it show time taken and score. I understand the time taken will not be calculated as a variable unless it finished. However, this will be useful for Notification and Chain Survey once it finished. Thus, I will suggest if you can consider to add this function. Thanks

Real-Time Summary: Time Filter

Once again, the Real-Time Summary is great! Saves us so much time from running reports ourselves. I appreciate you implementing my idea of adding the free form comments to the reports. Would it be possible to add a feature where the end user could put in a date range to filter the results? Right now we have a lot of surveys that are completed time and time again by different classes that occur in our building. It would ...more »

Option for Free From Comments included in Real-Time Summary

I love the new Real-Time Summary. One of the things we need to do on almost all surveys is break them down by a certain question, in our case different Facilitators. The Real-Time Summary makes this SO easy and very visual, however we miss out on an free form comments we are looking for. Because of this, we must export reports and manipulate in Excel. It would be AMAZING if Free From questions were included in the Real-Time ...more »

Survey received date

Have some configuration for survey received time stamp so, that we update survey received date in salesforce.

Suggestion : In configuration option there is a option to map the time stamp of received survey date that we can map with salesforce field. So, that we have same survey received date updated in salesforce for reporting purpose.

Muti-select percentages

Right now when I export the data I get frequencies and percentages. But the percentages are percentage of /responses/ instead of percentage of /respondents/. I don't see how this is useful. On multi-select questions totals can add up to more than 100%. If 25% of respondents selected an option I want to know that. I don't care if it's 3% of the total mentions. A response should not seem to be less popular simply because ...more »

Add time zones to all dates used in reports + onscreen

To better consider international customers (and those that span timezones!):- Add "localisation" to times by allowing the selection of time zone to display throughout a user's QPro interface and reports. For example, survey notifications show a system time which, without knowledge of what time the "system" is based in, is almost meaningless. Far better to (a) allow users to select their local timezone (perhaps as part ...more »
