i was just wondering if there was a way to specify where the tip should show up... top of question or bottom of question... For now, they all show up at the top. BUT for tip on selecting "other" showing at the bottom would be the best placement for this TIP.. and therefore a placement option would be a welcoming enhancement
Hi, Like the newish average time to complete in QP. Have noticed, because I choose not to set a time limit, that some participants start, clearly go off and do something else, and come back quite some time later and finish the survey. It will be great if you can offer mailchimp integration for all your paid plans. I understand its only available currently under Corporate plan but all your major competitors eg SurveyMonkey, SurveyMethods, SurveyGizmo are offering free mailchimp integrations for all their paid and free plans. In surveys with logic in it where you can't go back in the survey to correct wrong answers I'd like to see an option that will allow respondents to click a button that will delete their responses so far and restart the survey anew. Am working with the a survey. Have used two filters and produced a data set based on an online comparison (which is a most useful feature) which I can print out and show the comparisons. If I export it to Excel, the Excel file shows data for only 1 of the 2 filters. If I export it to PDF, it merely repeats the first question 40 more times and does not add the answers. How can I get it to work as it shows on the screen... more »

I want to show 4 separate thank you messages.
For score range 1-3 = Thank You Page 1
For score range 4-6 = Thank You Page 2
For score range 7-8 = Thank You Page 3
For score range 9-10 = Thank You Page 4
This would enable me to really personalize the message based on their performance.
Currently the Spotlight Report does not allow us to customise the look. Appreciate if this reporting format can be enhanced further.
On this page, the help video list is inefficient from a client perspective. A simple naming convention would be of value to client in finding a topic AND help QuestionPro to remove duplicative videos from the list - see attachment.
On mulitple-choice questions there is an additional option for "other" with a text box, but no additional option for N/A or "none". This creates an issue where in order to keep the order we need for answer options where there is both "Other (specify)" and "None". In the Real Time Summary, we can filter by question response on the first filter, but cannot filter by question response in the second or later filters. We can run cross tabs and get towards the answers, but often we just want to browse all answers by the two chosen question responses, and so doing so in the Real Time Summary screen would be very helpful. Currently, in the reporting, real time analysis you can filter the data by question responses and then add a filter of device type. But when you do, the device type available is Tablet/ smart phone. Given the strong use of smart phones to answer surveys, we'd like to be able to analyse by individual type - e.g. smart phone separately from tablet.
