The following setting is not working properly: High - Authenticated Users Only Users MUST be logged into the site to view ideas, comments. New users must be approved by the moderator. Even with this setting, new users can create accounts, view, post, and have full run of the site without initial approval from the Moderator. Also, the "Top Contributors" section is shown on the site before logging in with a site under ...more »
I think it would be a really good idea to have the mean included in the banner table. For instance, it would be useful to know the average score for a particular group to a particular question.
I have a couple suggestion regarding the validation error messages: 1) When enabling validation on a per question basis, I've noticed that the default error message for a multiple choice question which requires only one response is "please choose at least one answer." I think this is confusing for respondents as in a case like this, we only want them to choose a single answer, not more than one. 2) I have a few questions ...more »
Because you have a limit of 10 groups when using the grouping/segmentation filtering function, we're forced to delete filters if we surpass this benchmark. It would be more efficient if we could keep all filters that we create and just activate/inactivate them as we broach/surpass the 10 group limit.
I propose switching the position of the "save and return" button on the bottom page of the surveys. I find it's intuitive to go to the right side of the page when wanting to advance and currently, the "continue" button is on the lower left-hand side of the page while the "save and return" button is on the right side of the page. Several of my colleagues have noticed this and agree that it's more intuitive to put the ...more »
Can I suggest that we add a profiling function at the very least to open ended questions - many of my clients want to what was said by gender/age/geography at the very least - Open ended questions can be very powerful but they are not being maximized in their current form. Ideally being able to cross with any question would be perfect but profiling the responses would be a great help and insight for clients. Thanks, ...more »
Is it possible to integrate a weighting system into the software - whereby I can weight the data to be representative relative to a lack of responses from particular demographics?
I find myself typically using the same features over and over - and having to click through several levels of menus to get there. If it was possible to build a customizable dashboard where users could put QP links that were important to them or used frequently it would certainlty save a lot of time.
As I make changes to the survey in response to the Drop Out Analysis, it would be nice if I could filter by date so that I can determine if the changes are effective. Currently all of the responses are grouped together...
It would be great to have a search function using the Respondent ID.
Respondents are give respondent ID numbers, they are very little use to us. When we try to track down a query from a respondent and they reference their ID number, it is very difficult to track which survey it is linked to.
Whenever you print a form that has branching, there's all this extra spacing, a major gap that interferes with viewing all the questions you answered. So let's say I answer Q.1-6 then because of branching I then jump to Q.12, then to Q36, then what I get is, an extra 3 or 4 pages in between.
Right now, if a summary report is created based on a grouping/filter, the export to Word function does not filter the results. It would be great to be able to export to Word, similar to the export to Powerpoint function that is already available in the Grouping/Segmentation screen.
It would be very helpful if a grouping could be applied to custom reports. For example, if I've already created a grouping in the grouping/segmentation tool, I'd like to be able to choose from them when I create a custom report.
Once a survey invite is sent out to a list, it would be very helpful to enable an option to automatically send reminder emails to respondents that haven't completed the survey yet.
On the multiple choice, you have the option to select a box to show "other" as an option. It would also be useful for the rating scales to display an option for using "not applicable." This would be easier than adding the text manually and then having to adjust the report settings to filter out the "not applicable" so it doesn't appear as a higher rating than "strongly agree."
