In the Real Time Summary, we can filter by question response on the first filter, but cannot filter by question response in the second or later filters. We can run cross tabs and get towards the answers, but often we just want to browse all answers by the two chosen question responses, and so doing so in the Real Time Summary screen would be very helpful. Hi, Given the different screen sizes used on PCs, tablets or smart phones, and Question Pro's capacity to change the screen look/question style to match the type of device used, it would be very useful if we could determine the average time taken for each type of device, as well as overall for all devices. Currently the "Viewed" count appears to only be correct for the total data set for a survey. When a filter is selected, the "Viewed" count shows as zero. Ideally the "Viewed" count would adjust based on the filter criteria. If a date range is selected for example, the "Viewed" count would show the number of views for that date range. In the past, when Printing the "Real-Time Summary", a page break existed between each result. With the new formatting, this does not happen, and some results are cut-off or broken-out over two pages. When pdfing this report for others, the report does not look as user friendly as with page breaks. Can you please add the page breaks back?
I love the new Real-Time Summary. One of the things we need to do on almost all surveys is break them down by a certain question, in our case different Facilitators. The Real-Time Summary makes this SO easy and very visual, however we miss out on an free form comments we are looking for. Because of this, we must export reports and manipulate in Excel. Right now when I export the data I get frequencies and percentages. But the percentages are percentage of /responses/ instead of percentage of /respondents/. I don't see how this is useful. On multi-select questions totals can add up to more than 100%. If 25% of respondents selected an option I want to know that. I don't care if it's 3% of the total mentions. When using the Report Sharing links to the Real-Time Summary Report and Real-Time Text Report, the report does not have the survey title displayed. Please bring the survey header or survey name into the header of this report.
