Have noticed, because I choose not to set a time limit, that some participants start, clearly go off and do something else, and come back quite some time later and finish the survey. We are a Sales performance development company for SMEs and are regularly using yr system for sending sales skills tests based on case studies to the sales team members of our clients. I dont understand why the data file at the end of a survey should consist of multiple files of 5000 responses. Imagine the time & effort required to combine several such files?
Currently if you edit a survey while it is active it's possible to lose responses that have been completed - this just happened to me on a survey. This is a very serious bug that needs to be fixed as losing response data is unacceptable. Other survey platforms allow at least minor editing of questions while a survey is live without incident. I need to be able to print/export a survey in either Word or PDF that it shows logic in addition to simply just my questions. My teams need to review surveys before deployment and this does not currently exist in this system. EVERY other survey competitor does this standard business practice.
The new infographic with its reporting of what devices have been used is very helpful. I'd like to be able to take it the one step further and be able to analyse the device use by whether the respondents completed the survey or dropped out. This would be the first advance. When you expert a survey to Word, whether the default i QP has the question numbers visible or not, the question numbers are not exported. The question numbers are exported in PDF files if the display has them as visible in QP. Can we please have the question numbers exported with the text into Word, if the question numbers are set to show on the QP site and survey. When I'm adding logic to my survey, it might be helpful to be able to insert a new question based on the logic I'm creating. For example, on a customer satisfaction survey I might decide to add branching on a rating question based on any response other than Extremely Satisfied. Hi, We include logos, signatures and images of the incentives in emails sent via Question Pro to propsective respodents. Currently, we have to swap between the Send survey and the Edit survey tabs to get to the Survey Options - Images/multimedia link so we can copy the image's HTML code into the emails. The "Slider" question type only allows for survey developers to set a min and max value between 1-100. This restricts the ability to use this question type for pricing and/or quantity analysis. The slider should allow for users to input any range. No matter the range, each unit of the scale should represent 1 additional value above the minimum. The "My Question Library" needs to have folders to organize questions. It is helpful to have a folders for different types of studies that I proctor for ease in survey development. This also helps with organization purposes.
It would be great if QuestionPro can let us choose day and time in d DISABLE SURVEY security option. Sometimes in fact we should need to stop the survey on a specific time... Thanks
Have some configuration for survey received time stamp so, that we update survey received date in salesforce.
Suggestion : In configuration option there is a option to map the time stamp of received survey date that we can map with salesforce field. So, that we have same survey received date updated in salesforce for reporting purpose.
