Many times we require answer options on a scale of say 1 to 50 or so. Having as many radio buttons will not at all look good. Instead we need a Slider Scale where users can drag a pointer to a desired location on the scale depicting their answer.
Under 'My Surveys', within 'main default', the surveys are sorted by date created.
We should be able to sort the surveys by name.
It should be possible to automatically select the 'other' question if you start typing in the box to the right of the other button. If you just type something in the box and try to continue, an error comes up for validation.
After creating the survey, we realized that the default font size was quite small. We then had to change the font size for EACH question. It would be great if there was an option to change font size for the SURVEY without having to change each question.
From a Usability standpoint, it would be nice to have the ability to provide a "close window" button (for the "thank you" page, rather than respondants having to close the window by X-ing out.
I would really like to be able to customize the surveys much more than is currently available. The spacing and sizing of banners cannot be adjusted as you would with other programs to make the look and feel of the survey. Creating the questions is easy and I would use this system much more if we could customise the rest of it to the kind of layout we want. This includes having questions side by side and not such huge ...more »
I'd like an easy way within the QuestionPro control panel to create a mobile version of an existing survey I'm running through QuestionPro. It would be nice if they could be styled to fit smaller screens and even popular devices like the iPhone. Each Mobile Survey could even then contain its own survey link.
1.There needs to be a built-in spellchecker.
2.There needs to be a way to change the validation error message--too confusing for general population.
3.There needs to be a way to move QP graphic from email broadcasts on Corporate License.
I find myself typically using the same features over and over - and having to click through several levels of menus to get there. If it was possible to build a customizable dashboard where users could put QP links that were important to them or used frequently it would certainlty save a lot of time.
As I make changes to the survey in response to the Drop Out Analysis, it would be nice if I could filter by date so that I can determine if the changes are effective. Currently all of the responses are grouped together...
In many programs I have used, the red star associated with required questions is repeatedly criticized by pre-testers as an unattractive way to represent such questions. Personally, I think it is appropriate in some cases, such as collecting form information like addresses and zipcodes. But for more involved questionnaires others have told me that it is a distraction. It would be useful to have a global option where ...more »
Can we have same type of segments like we have for individual report ..for the combined reports.
Client ( user Id: 390619 ):
I need the same type of report WITH segments like if there were only one survey. Or, it is useless
There are two options that can be chosen as to what info gets sent out in an Action Alert email: 1) Include survey response with notification 2) Include Custom Variables/System Variable Details When option 1 is UNchecked, nothing is included in the email. When option 1 is CHecked, the following is included, in addition to the questions and responses: Response Details ID Timestamp IP Address Time Taken ...more »
Can we filter responses using grouping .. at the same time filter complete and incomplete responses in Grouping and Segmentation
Is it possible to integrate a weighting system into the software - whereby I can weight the data to be representative relative to a lack of responses from particular demographics?
