Perform Calculations Based on Who Answers the Question

I am trying to create a survey where I want to give my top producers more weight. For example, I would like their answer to be weighted for every $100,000 in revenue.

Example:

Tom, who sold $340,000 of product, would have his vote weighted 3 times, compared to Jill who sold $130,000 (her answer would only be weighted once).

It would be helpful to be able to do this type of calculation...

Thanks!

SurveyPocket recommendations:

It would be nice if you could allow the surveypocket version of the survey to look like that of the online version. It has a standard background and does not allow the questions to be formatted the same way. For example, the App doesn’t display multiple selection questions, matrix questions, etc in a usable form. In other words, it doesn’t look like it would if it was an online version as a grid with boxes to select. ...more »

Completion Bar

Change the logic behind the completion bar. Right now it shows percent of the survey loaded. What respondents want to know -- and are accustomed to -- is the bar showing what percent of all questions they've answered. Right now it's very confusing -- before you even answer the first question, you can be at 40 or 50%. I consider this a serious problem, as do my respondents. Thanks. Regards, Frank

Star Ratings for 10-point Scales

The new star rating question option is very cool. I primarily use 10-point scales for my rating questions, so I would love to see a 10-star option in the star rating question. It would also be great to be able to add wording above the end points and mid-point in the scale (ex. Not at all likely, Somewhat likely and extremely likely). Currently for my rating questions, we have created our own table via coding to accommodate ...more »

A Logic Count Feature

In QuestionPro we should have a "logic count" feature, similar to other programs. For example, in a multi-answer type question, if the respondent selects one answer that will mean count=1, and jump for a different branch had he selected 2 answers, or 3, and so on. This is useful sometimes for some marketing research - a person who goes to just 1 restaurant per week is different from the other that goes to more than 3 ...more »
